It simulates cryptocurrency price prediction using real-time or delayed market data and does not constitute a trading platform, financial analysis tool, or investment aid. The creators, Vixels FZ-LLC (Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates), are not licensed financial professionals, and the Game should not be used as a basis for financial decisions.

4. Leaderboard & Score Tracking

The Game allows users to enter a name (real or pseudonymous) and record their scores for display on a public leaderboard. This information is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. No user input, scores, or identifiers are transmitted to, stored on, or managed by any remote server controlled by the Game’s creators.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, branding, trademarks, and visual assets are the exclusive property of Vixels FZ-LLC unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized use, copying, modification, distribution, or reverse-engineering of any part of the Game is strictly prohibited.

6. Availability, Modification, and Termination

The Game may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Vixels FZ-LLC reserves the right to restrict access to the Game, update features, or alter functionality at its sole discretion, without liability to you.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Game is at your sole risk, and you assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on your experience within the Game.

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Vixels FZ-LLC makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the Game. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that any issues will be corrected.
